New Entrant Audit

Pass Your DOT New Entrant Safety Audit

If you are a new company, you must go through a New Entrant Safety Audit by the USDOT's Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) or a State enforcement agency representing them.  You must pass the New Entrant audit to maintain your Operating Authority (active MC number),

We provide documents, instructions and a video that, if followed, will guarantee that you pass your Safety Audit!

Drug and Alcohol Testing Consortium

Join our drug and alcohol testing consortium for immediate DOT compliance.

The FMCSA requires every trucking company that employs CDL drivers, including owner-operators, to consistently participate in a DOT Random Drug and Alcohol Testing Program.

All CDL drivers and employers of CDL drivers and owner-operators must also meet all the requirements of the FMCSA's CDL Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse.
